We stayed here for 2 nights at the start of September. The hotel is centrally located only a few minutes walk to the Main Street with all its bars and restaurants. It’s only a few minutes walk to the bus station allowing you to visit a multitude of places within Lithuania. Our superior double room despite being booked had been allocated to someone else which I found a bit odd however we were ‘upgraded’ to a family room. The room itself is huge. Adequate shower room with soaps and shampoos included. Hair dryer and fridge, plenty of tools and a huge comfy bed. Our room over looked the front of the hotel and had a few chairs and a sofa. They looked a bit tired and dirty and unfortunately being yellow really showed! The room itself was pleasant but maybe not as clean upon entry as we would have liked. Children’s hand prints were still visible all over the windows. The receptionist is brilliant and the staff all seemed friendly. The breakfast was really good with plenty of choice. The coffee machine couldn’t do cappuccinos for some reason as it kept coming out as black coffee. Yes the room is small but it’s a small hotel and I’m sure they’d be||Nothing stopping you getting breakfast and sitting in the restaurant. The hotel was the nicest one we’d seem in palanga although be aware it’s right next||To a school so be prepared during term time to be woken up By screaming kids. A brilliant stay and despite the small points as above I’d thoroughly recommend the hotel...

Every dish you are trying to eat looks like it is the cheapest products i have ever had. Just even an egg you can not eat i am not talking about not fresh vegetables, or pancakes , all of this combines smell of the old uncleaned buffet. I am not talking about the place, chairs in the area where the breakfast was placed. | Just the hotel and the staff first of all didn't respect Their selves with the cheapest food and disgusting smell everywhere. Second they didn't respect their quests even you are trying to ask or to find a solution how do not to live with a baby in 15 degrees Celsius room they are smiling and looks like they really cannot understand how nice service should look like. |And all this bucket you should have in this hotel for a 80...
Read moreThe best things about the hotel are: first that it is family friendly. Our apartment included two big rooms: one room with two single beds and another bigger, parents room with king size bed with crib (2 adults +2 kids +1 baby). ||Another plus, location, 5 minutes by walking from the main Basanavichius street.||1min. from local street market (bazaar).||And the breakfast included.||Unfortunately, there are also minuses.
