Ship pub Palanga — Restaurant in Palanga

We use to come here for years. This summer its complicated. We had Fish&Chips here last week (14.7.) - excellent fried cod, peas puree and tartar sauce. We came back yesterday (19.7.) and it was different food. We had only empty fried dough, any meat inside, peas puree was missing, replaced with some curry sauce. Extra this we received wrong salad. I tried to solve it with personal and they gave us 20% off with apology, that the chef, who cooks, is different. 20.7., the next morning we came for breakfast. The poached eggs were over-cooked and the spinach in offer was in milk. The waiter told us, that today cook the other chef again. I'm sorry, Feliksas, but i will not...

So, you're looking for good food and friendly staff? Oh yeah, you don't want to pay a fortune? Well, I'd say look no further! Great place with great food and really, the staff is so friendly you sit and smile for the whole meal! Oh, and if you, the same as me, have visited Palanga before, but perhaps it's been a while, the level of commitment and friendliness of the staff WILL shock you. I love it. Had the fish and chips and it was great. Huge portions, great taste. I highly recommend this place!

My mistake, but your problem!

The young waitress in this restaurant seems to have never considered the concept of service.

We (two people) ordered a salad as a starter and two burgers as a main course.

After about 40 minutes, the salad and one burger arrived. When we asked some time later when the second burger would arrive, she replied curtly, ‘We only ordered one.’ When we objected, she left without saying a word. Another 30 minutes later, I asked a colleague somewhat firmly about my burger. About 5 minutes later, it finally arrived (after a total of 1.5 hours).
