Probably the most popular place in Palanga in summer 2018, resulting in long line (c. 30 minutes to enter on Friday evening at 8pm and long waiting times after order. We were promised c. 30 min for starters and 1 hour for main course; at the end it was 45 and 90 minutes for burgers and mussels). Food is good, starters nice, burgers great, esp. the house’s a-petit burger (though, temperature was suboptimal, seems to be the waitress fault), mussels good (probably best locally, but there are few places with better mussels in Klaipeda). Wine. Wine... Rather weak card, price slightly above average in the city; the wine that we selected was not available (South African Colombar). And the guys don’t have sufficient supply of ice, no, really, an ice buckle for white wine with no ice (just water) looks strange... Waitresses. Well. Well speaking in English, rather (but not to) nice, but the cold burgers a but ruin the impression. At the end: nice place, really nice food, but you have to wait a lot, and there are some small things (not optimal wine card, no ice, long waiting again and probably over-expectation) that don’t allow to rate it 5 stars. Some of old proven places, like Vandenis, for example, would make you a...

I was there with a group of 8 during high season. The line was so long that half of our group just left to find something else because they're a bunch of little kids, who'd rather eat dirt than stand still for 5 minutes. And good for us, because like hell they'd have found a table for 8. Anyway the wait time was super long and we got some chips for starters. Big mistake. I mean they're fine, but I lost all interest in the main dish after that. Eventually the whole process of beers and burgers took so long that our second group had eaten and also split into two once more. Good luck finding 5 drunk guys in Palanga! "Use your phones, idiots", I hear you say. But you simply underestimate the level of drunkenness people can achieve in an hour. Well it's drunk enough to repeat the faulty name of a bar over and over again and expecting people to be able to find you. Although I admit that Lithuanian names are difficult for Estonians. I got home at 2, alone. The burgers are really good. Just don't take the chips - you'll get some on the...

Good, but not to perfection. The meckerel was presented supoer nice, as well as taste. The coctail CubaLibre had also great taste balance. However, the home-made potatoe chips were not fully crunchy, parts of the pieces were soft and chewy, many soaked in oil. Not “chipsy” at all. Same with kale chips (a side of main dish) which were supposed to be baked (as expected for the healthy ingredient), however it was soaked in oil. The oysters from daily special meniu were presented nice, but served not fully prepared (not cut from core) and no tools to do that yourself. The taste, however, was good, the sauce acompanied them really nice. Opening could be better - one piece had shell parts in it. The most pleasant surprise and best taste was the pine (marinated or smth) - it was a side with oysters - sweet and piny taste, super delicious! All in all - a nice experience with some space for...

We love the related restaurant Šilelis and visited A-petit in other locations. Very good reviews made us go there for breakfast too. Our order consisted of an omelette with chorizo, salsa and salad on the side. Another dish was a sandwich with Parma ham. For dessert, we ordered a couple of croissants. The food was heavenly good, everything was delicious, portions are big and filling. Both of the mains were amazing, the sandwich won this morning. The fresh, warm croissants deserve a separate shoutout, as they were wonderful and it was the best way to finish the breakfast. We went to breakfast with our dog, as the restaurant is also pet friendly. They brought out some water for our dog right away, without asking. the service was fast, smooth and very friendly. The atmosphere is very cosy, too. Will definitely come back!

I came from Mexico to Lithuania for a small visit and had the chance to visit Palanga and we (my family) discover this restaurant that was not only beautiful but had all the right combinations. Great service: all the waitresses spoke to us in their best english, they were so polite and helpfull, one of them even went to get her phone just to show me a picture of a fruit that i wasnt understanding btw it was: kumquat. Food: amazing food, small menu but had everything for everyone and i could taste 3 different plates and love them all Ambient: beautiful and well decorate place, you fell so relaxed sitting in their chairs while you drink your coffe. Overall: 10/10
