I didnt want to post this but i sent an email to the hotel and no one answerd Hello My name is Asi Ovadia and I was a guest in your hotel 17-18 July 2025 (one night)
First, I would like to give a special mention to the lady on duty at the reception (sorry, I don't remember her name, she had blonde hair).
Upon my arrival, she immediately changed me to a room that matched my reservation (I booked double, and I got twin, but she changed it immediately) and also helped me turn on the a.c . and helped me with the parking.
The terrible incident was that while I was sleeping, a flying cockroach landed on me. At first, I was scratching my self during sleeping then I got up, felt it was walking on my skin, and I jumped immediately. I had the chance to take a pic. I was so nervous and shocked. I went down to the reception to complain. The other receptionist ( sorry don’t know her name , black hair and glasses) asked me to show her the pic (as if I have to prove that I am not lying – this is what I felt) and tried to minimize the incident by saying that it was a "normal" flying insect and not a cockroach. It doesn't matter. A flying insect or cockroach landed on me and from that moment on I couldn't sleep. The room was changed but I didn't sleep all night (in addition to the fact that the pillows are simply terrible and uncomfortable at all) I scratched all night. I am aware that this is a psychological and not a medical issue, but I could not fall asleep, and I must say that this is not the experience you expect when you book a hotel of such a large order in a reputable chain like yours. In addition, even if this sad event hadn’t been happened, I'm not sure I would have been able to fall asleep so quickly and comfortably since the pillows are simply terrible. I'm curious to know if any of you have tried sleeping on them.
As you can see this email is written at 0340 am – I CANT SLEEP !

Read moreMy experience with this hotel (Park Inn) was extremely dissatisfying. Having stayed in several hotels by Radisson in the past, I was expecting the same level of comfort, quality, and service. Not even close. For starters, the reception was terrible. The female employee who was checking me in was very unfriendly and unpleasant. The room wasn't cleaned thoroughly. Hair on the soap dispenser, hair in the shower, dirty tea/coffee station tray (see the photo). Speaking of that tray, which also serves as a heating dock for an electrical water heating pot, it must be moved (relocated) by a guest/resident to where there is an electrical outlet in order to be used, which is inconvenient and strange to say the least. Opening a window to air the room revealed plenty of dirt on the bottom part of the window. The lamp on a desk did not work. The decor (which some reviewers referred to as "modern") to me was spartan, and its placement in the room made little sense. The towels were approaching their expiration date, and the pillows left me unable to move my head after just one night (extremely thick they did not conform under my head). Cheap and overly harsh soap, body wash and shampoo in the bathroom dispensers. A bathroom trash can was so flimsy that I had to hold it in place with my hand to stop it from moving around once I placed my foot on the foot lever to open it. Now about the noise level. Given this hotel's close proximity to the airport one would think there would be plenty of jet noise, but the noise that turned my night into sleepless was traffic noise from the road; that noise was constant. In addition, the walls between units are very thin: at 4:30 am I could hear a lot of noise coming from the unit next door (people walking back and forth, talking, a child crying, rolling around their suitcases, etc). This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had to date. I do not recommend this hotel, which, given all of the above, is...
Read moreThe worst place to have lunch in airport area
Sorry to say so, but I had quite high expectations for the meals served in Raddison and I had a hope that finally we will discover a nice place to having lunch in airport area. Unfortunately…
12 Eur business lunch which contains on choice: starter + main course + dessert with no choice.
For the starter I had beetroot and cheese salad which was quite average-normal. (Other option available was cabbage soup.) I choose burger for my main course. As per my understanding typical burger contains of a patty of ground roasted beef in bun with lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles and cheese - that was my expectation. I was honestly surprised inside the bun finding roasted crispy chicken breast and cabbage salad with carrots, wilted cucumber and sunflower seeds inside hidden under the thick layer of some kind of mayonnaise souse. I understand, that you need to use yesterdays leftovers, but at least inform the customer to lower expectations upon choosing the burger :) And this chicken- cabbage burger was served with different color of cabbage salad on side :))) Nevertheless bun was tasty and French fries was good, in general it was huge portion and we didn’t manage to eat dessert after half of main course. We took it away. Actually I have no opinion on dessert because I didn’t felt very well after the meal for the rest of the day and next day I just throw it away. Forgot to mention that staff in the restaurant was unexperienced newcomers which are afraid of customers… but girls did their best, I suppose. And as well we expect Raddison to have enough cutlery sets on the table available for customers at at lest clean without stains from dishwasher. Especially when your staff has literally empty restaurant and are frankly bored. Anyway, most probably we will give a chance for you guys to improve yourself and we will check out this place in lets say a...
