The building itself is cOol! The inside is decorated nicely and the waiting hall has a library with some books. The hotel employes are friendly , nice and helpful. The lift moves a bit noisy and shakes you when it wants to start! The rooms are perfect , clean and has almOst anything you need while your stay including a small fridge. You can have parking place if you are visitibg with ue car and u have access to lift directly from the parking. The breakfast costs 14€ per person and can have more variety including diffrent kinds of eggs and vegeterian. We also had a very cool balcony with a nice view. We enjOyed our stay and I hope you do too.

This is not even a 1 star hotel, they accommodated my mom in a room with a ceiling falling apart and then they said there is nothing that can be done as all the rooms are fulling booked and all the rooms are like this as the hotel needs renovation. I am filing a complain with booking now and i hope the situation can be solved quickly but I do not wish this hotel to the worst of my enemy, please never consider this terrible place! I attached pictures to demonstrate the reality!!

Es una pena porque parecía mejor hotel. Teníamos una suit con cocina, era amplia y con un baño grande, aunque con una distribución un poco rara. Las camas tampoco estaban mal, bastante luz natural y una pequeña terraza. Parking gratuito y un desayuno básico pero suficiente. La zona donde está es muy tranquila y hay una gasolinera a unos 10-12 minutos andando con mucha variedad para comprar y casi parece un pequeño supermercado. Y eso es básicamente lo bueno, el problema empieza cuando te das cuenta de que lo que le falta a este hotel es personal o alguien que se moleste es supervisar la limpieza y el mantenimiento. La habitación estaba limpia solo en lo básico, aseo y camas. La cocina no puedo decir que lo estuviera, más bien estaba recogida pero poco más. Mesitas de noche con migas de algún tipo de comida, telarañas en más de uno de los rincones, faltaban un par de persianas en las ventanas, la pintura del techo del baño estaba completamente estropeada y levantada, enchufes medio salidos de la pared, el pestillo interior de la puerta de entrada no funcionaba, no vinieron a limpiar la habitación en los dos días que estuvimos alojados….. en fin. La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear pero el mantenimiento de la habitación era un desastre. Está a las afueras de Luxemburgo pero hay transporte público gratuito al centro de la ciudad justo frente al hotel y se tardan unos 20 minutos.

Es una pena porque parecía mejor hotel. Teníamos una suit con cocina, era amplia y con un baño grande, aunque con una distribución un poco rara. Las camas tampoco estaban mal, bastante luz natural y una pequeña terraza. Parking gratuito y un desayuno básico pero suficiente. La zona donde está es muy tranquila y hay una gasolinera a unos 10-12 minutos andando con mucha variedad para comprar y casi parece un pequeño supermercado. Y eso es básicamente lo bueno, el problema empieza cuando te das cuenta de que lo que le falta a este hotel es personal o alguien que se moleste es supervisar la limpieza y el mantenimiento. La habitación estaba limpia solo en lo básico, aseo y camas. La cocina no puedo decir que lo estuviera, más bien estaba recogida pero poco más. I had an amazing experience at Alzinn Hotel during my recent weekend stay, and I loved it so much that I've decided to extend my visit into the week as well. Stayed at Alzinn March '23.|Very happy. The room was quiet, the bed comfy. Our room had a small balcony with chairs, however when we went it was too cold to sit out, in summer it would have been lovely. Breakfast was OK with a reasonable choice of things to eat. We booked breakfast at the same time as booking the room and it was only a small amount more, definitely worth it.|Only slight disadvantage for some people would be that it is a little out of the way, checking on Google it is about 35mins bus/tram to city and 50 mins to the airport. For us no problem as we had a car. The hotel has a free car park for guests or at weekend you can park free on the street from Friday evening until Monday...
