What a total disappointment this restaurant is...

Short version: Way overpriced restaurant with mediocre food and a very unpleasant atmosphere with less than optimal service and long waiting times.

Atmosphere: -The worst commercial music is played way too loud, disturbing your meal. Even if you ask the waiter, they laugh and say it's always party. Your meal gets disrupted multiple times because someone's birthday triggers the waiter to put on the worst version of happy birthday ever mad

Food: Way overpriced and not significantly better than a standard Italian restaurant. Pizza was good, one of the 2 pastas didnt have any flavour. Any starting chef knows that a pasta with cooked ham and mozzarella doesn't have any kick to it. You would think a "master chef" would have that sense. had to put huge amounts of salt on it, which I had to ask for twice first (because there wasnt any pepper or salt on the table...)

Service Super slow service whilst the restaurant was only half full. That happens of course if you have to go to a table with 2 waiters every 10 minutes to do the birthday clap show while people are waiting on their food. In an effort to get away from their commercial house music we asked the waiter if we could sit outside, as it was 30° outside. OF course the terrace is closed "because it might rain" (it didn't)

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with the service we received at your restaurant today. We had a terrible experience.

Our food was delayed by more than an hour. Despite the excessive wait time and our repeated inquiries (three times) about our order, the restaurant staff showed no interest in addressing the issue.

When we finally decided to leave, our food was brought to the table. We were only able to eat two of the three dishes we ordered, as the third dish took an unreasonably long time to arrive. When we went to pay, we requested to be charged only for the food we actually consumed.

Adding to the poor service, the manager treated us with complete disrespect. He even told us, with an arrogant tone, that they don't care about their customers. This was particularly upsetting considering I am pregnant.

I hope they will take this feedback seriously and address the issues with their service and, more importantly, the behavior of their staff, especially...

I went to oggi&domani and found the hype of the restaurant overrated.

Indeed, the atmosphere of the restaurant seems very chill and welcoming but the staff is not professional. When dishes where being brought to our table the waiters seemed irritated and they where rude as they where screaming the name of the plates in order to distribute them. I think they should have been more patient and polite when they where interacting with us.

We where a big table (16ppl) but still it doesn’t excuse this.

On top of that the tables didn’t seem to be very clean, I could see the water stains on them, proof of a quick wipe. The toilets weren’t smelling very good either and the floor was sticky. An effort could be made.

The dishes where okay, as I said, overrated and I think the price is too much for what it is.
