I ARRIVED to the NH Luxembourg hotel at night after 12hr traveling! While at check-in I asked for interconnected rooms because we are family with kids two adults and 4 children, and then they confirm it to me at reception, also I told the lady at reception I've sent an email for asking a special request to have interconnected rooms and I got no answers!! And she told me the rooms are interconnected. BUT after I check-in and I got the keys.. I found the rooms are not connected!! I came down to reception again to ask about it. The lady their said "Oh, the door is not open!" I SAID :No, there is no door actually!!" And she transferred me to her colleague who was very rude and mean and unrespect it at all and she didn't let talk and she said "This is not my problem! You book family rooms and we dont have interconnected room for family room, and Do what you want to do with your kids in separate room!! I said the family room mentioned in the facility its interconnected and I ask for it However, I'm trying to telling her I can't leave my kids without adults alone in one room!!
Rude night shift!! Not showing any respect! Unprofessional in deal with customers!! Mistake related to my reservation by them! And nobody took any action at all.. I complained and I will keep writing in all social media until they see how they have to improve their procedures and recpection employers mean! And also booking.com is So bad and delay in response and they didn't solved the issue like they did before in my experience with booking.com!! You disappointed me Definitely this hotel not deserve 4 star at all!! 1 star maybe and maybe not ** Now related to the room facility: The A/C was awful and even you choose 3 level of high fan or 10 oC is still hot and like live in Sauna :/ The door of toilet can't lock, the lock is broken!! The double bed is not double it two single and they combine them which is not comfortable at all!! " ومن ثم حولتني إلى زميتلها التي كانت في قمة الوقاحة للغاية وغير محترمة على الإطلاق ولم تدعني اتحدث ولم تترك لي المجال وقالت" هذه ليست مشكلتي! انت حجزتي غرف عائلية وليس لدينا غرفة متصلة بغرفة عائلية ، وافعلي ما تريدين القيام به مع أطفالك في غرفة منفصلة !! فقلت لها في تفاصيل الغرفة مذكور ان هناك غرف متصله و مترابطة ووتم حجزي بناء على ذلك ومع ذلك ، أحاول أن أقول لها إنني لا أستطيع ترك أطفالي بدون بالغين وحدي في غرفة واحدة !!
موظفين نوبة الليل في قمة الوقاحة !! لا يظهرون أي احترام! وغير محترفين في التعامل مع العملاء! الخطأ المتعلق بحجزي من قبلهم! ولم يتخذ أحد أي إجراء على الإطلاق .. لقد اشتكيت وسأواصل الكتابة في جميع وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي حتى يروا كيف يتعين عليهم تحسين إجراءاتهم وتعني أرباب العمل! وأيضا booking.com سيء للغاية وتأخر في الاستجابة ولم يحلوا المشكلة كما فعلوا من قبل في تجربتي مع booking.com !! خيبت ظني بالتأكيد هذا الفندق لا يستحق 4 نجوم على الإطلاق !! 1 نجمة ربما وربما لا ** مرتبط الآن بمرفق الغرفة: التكييف سيء وكان مروعا ، وحتى ان اخترت المستوى 3 من المروحة العالية أو 10 درجة مئوية لا يزال ساخن ووكأنك في سوووونا : / لا يمكن قفل باب المرحاض ، القفل مكسور !! السرير المزدوج المفروض ولكن ماكان متوفر سريرين منفردين ومتصلين بشراشف فقط بينهما وهو غير مريح على الإطلاق !! كما السعر غالي بعض الشئ مقابل القيمة أعلم أنهم سيحاولون الاعتذار بعد مشاهدة هذا التعليق ، لكن اعتذارهم غير مقبول على الإطلاق بعد تعاملهم السئ وغير المهذب...

Read moreIf you're traveling through LUX airport, the Hotel NH Luxembourg is a great place to stay... as long as you don't need good Wi-Fi.||You can easily walk to/from the airport. I'm a fast walker and made it in about 5 minutes. It's not located in the city, which is a 20 minute, 50-60 Euro cab ride.||The room was fairly newly decorated with ample power outlets, USB-A outlets, a desk, TV, small minibar, and some storage space for your clothes. The bathroom was clean and nice, though the overhead halogen spotlights can get hot and cast a lot of shadows. In general, the room was a little bit warmer than I'd like, and the window can only be opened a crack.||The bed was comfortable, but fairly firm. The pillows were fairly flimsy, but comfortable.||The gym was excellent! It has two ellipticals, a treadmill, a rowing machine, two racks of dumbbells (up to 30 kg / 66 lbs), two adjustable benches, a dual cable stack, and a few machines (hip ab/adductor, ab crunch / lower back).||The breakfast was fantastic! Extremely friendly service, a good food selection, good juices, pretty good coffee, and you can make your own waffles!||The bar/restaurant is ok. The menu is fairly small, but the food that we ate was good. The service we had was friendly, but somewhat slow, even on a slow night.||And finally, the Wi-Fi. As others have pointed out, it's extremely slow and unreliable. I took a few tests using Speedtest and averaged about 3 Mbps download and 1.5 Mbps upload.
