After coming to eat 4 times at the restaurant, I must say that 2 were quite good, although with some flaws in the drinks in terms of the recipes, the last two times I was totally disappointed, the price we paid for the service we received is totally improvable in terms of food ...

There are several things to comment on, first it seems that the fruits of the sangria (25 €) seem to be recycled from previous carafes and that was disastrous, the fresh bread is not, the waiters began to argue with us that we did not know about the cooking of The meat and I am a cook and before being a cook I worked for a long time cooking all kinds of meats, yesterday I ordered a pasta that I am sure was reheated in the microwave ... today I ordered a salad that was missing 2 ingredients and that was totally disproportionate

And the worst thing is that the person in charge (of the day) came to teach us or say how wrong we were ... to pay a bill of more than € 130 and have a meal this mediocre, surely we will not give away our money again , if the chef is on vacation they should have the right people to make the restaurant work, since he is the engine

the people who work there would not seem to be trained ... for those prices they should teach them better and I hope the owner sees this and they train their employees better

I like to eat well and pay whatever is for quality instead of quantity, with what happened today I am sure that we will not return to...

We went to this restaurant based on a recommendation from friends… what an absolute disaster! 😡

We ordered tapas and the degustation of tacos the meat was the worst experience ever. But the real scam started when we ordered the "Chuletón Dorado Rubia Gallega 1000g" for 94€. They served us 556g instead of 1000g almost half missing!

When we complained, they conveniently “realized” their mistake and promised to bring the missing portion. And guess what? The second piece they served was exactly 444g right on the dot. Anyone who knows anything about meat knows how suspicious that is. To cut a piece of meat to the exact missing gram is almost impossible… unless the first “mistake” was intentional.

It didn’t stop there! My friend ordered the "Rubia Gallega Big Bone 650g" for 44€ he received 294g instead of 650g! He complained, and instead of handling it professionally, they took his plate away mid-meal. Then, when we got our second piece, they just dumped another portion on top of his old plate and gave it back. Disrespectful and disgusting.

Meanwhile, my wife and her friend were served food that was just “okayish”, but at that point, we were beyond frustrated.

The worst part? Neither the chef nor the manager had the decency to properly apologize. No explanation, no professionalism, nothing.

As someone who has worked in hospitality for years, I have never seen such a blatant rip-off. If you ever go there, bring a scale ⚖️...

Very posity experience for today`s company lunch. Hope to visit you again after makeover is finished, because place is wort it!

Service: Exactly as it should be! Quick, kind, responding to "extra requests" and also checking with us if all is good/refill is required etc. but at no point noisy etc. Thx Gents!, ah I would forget: French and English communication with no issues!

Food: Starters -- 3.5/5 We had set of croquetes to share, and as long as all was warm & served quick, I could not taste the difference even explained exactly what is what. Filling was heavily blended and to me spiced in very similar way + with blunt mayo/seafood sauce -- everything tasted v.similar

Mains --5/5 ! With 5 different types of steaks everyone was happy with: quality!, size and sides. My big bone ribs were cooked perfect, I could taste quality meat and seasoning .. fork not needed.

**We had 5 differnt types of steaks : FILET DE TERNERA A LA PLANCHA;FILETE “TORO TORO” AL GRILL: FILETE MAR Y TERRA;ENTRECOT ARGENTINO 300G, and finally my selection :D RUBIA GALEGA “BIG BONE” 650G ........................................................................ Prices: Better that 90% of Luxembourg, I think really decent price to value!
