The first thing you will notice in the store is the excessively displayed telling customers to “check prices before ordering” signifying a high probability that customers will be extremely dissatisfied with the pricing in the shop with a likely history of arguments occurring over said prices.
The food is standard and taste is fair although highly disproportionate to the price and setting. Service is what you would expect of a normal coffee shop.
If you enjoy exorbitantly priced coffee shops then this is the place for you. The experience is like dining in Genting minus the altitude or restaurants discounting the prestige.
