KFC Taipan, Inanam — Restaurant in Borneo

3 weeks ago we came here, the staff inform us that their ice maker breakdown and can't serve ice drinks.

today, we came again and they keep repeating the script about the ice maker. I said "wahh 3 weeks ago we came you said that too. How come your branch manager did'nt solve the problem"?. The staff only smile.

Environtment very noisy when customers pull the metal chairs. aircond also not function well. The restaurant owner should close the restaurant for repairing and upgrading the aircond, chairs and ice maker.

One more thing, the spicey chicken also tasteless. It seem like they did not marinate it well before cook since the color...

I have always loved KFC just before entering it and regretted entering after looking at the price lists, But since most of the time I go with my family members I dont have a choice but to go on about business with KFC.

The pricing in this KFC should have been comparatively lower as it is neither a city nor a town of any state. And this may keep some away. The reason I say this is being its a small town its better not to be too greedy if they are having plans in the long run.

But overall experience of service and comfort it is in no way inferior to any in Kota Kinabalu like Inanam. Thank...

Due to a storm we didn't have electricity at home so came out to grab a meal and use their Wifi as I had to work. I asked them if I could connect first to make sure that I could use it for work but they told me that I had to order first. Once I ordered a meal for 13RM and paid for it, I tried to connect and of course it didn't work... I asked them for assistance, the "manager" who told me order first just smiled at me and told me that he is sorry to inform me but they have Wifi issues today... A nice way to make sure that I'll never go to...
