Pizza Hut Restaurant Taipan Inanam — Restaurant in Borneo

The food was good.. but the customer service by the staff is not that satisfying to be honest.. i expected more than this,(3pm) the other day i came to this restaurant n my day has been great until,, i waited for nearly 5 minutes on the ordering counter w a good mood for someone/staff to take my order n i dont really mind abt it,,then one of them came with her unfriendly/exhausted face ,, take my order rudely/wrongly n wasted my time,took more 1 hour to wait n i hv to send these foods to starving family who haven't took their lunch yet.. hv ur common sense dear staff.. everybody hv their own daily job,,, we're are tired too,, so please please please dont treat your customer like that..i wrote this based on what really happened,,this incident made me don't wanna come here again.. this small incident can took your customer away, i dont stand with 'customers always right'.. but that doesn't mean that yall as a butler can...

The service here is fast and the staff are really nice. The place is clean and comfy too. I like the music they play... finally not the same old Pizza Hut song (no hate, Pizza Hut haha 😅). Also, lots of promos... I thought the regular pizza was RM35, but the staff told me it's only RM18 for the favourite pizza and RM12 for Fun 5. worth it ohh 😍 Thank you so much. I really recommend this place. But... one small problem, still no ice. 🧊 The staff said the ice machine is broken, and it’s been a while. I heard it’s been broken since last year… now it’s already July and still not fixed. I’ve ordered here since last year, and it’s still the same issue. I feel bad because the staff always get scolded for this, even though it’s not their fault. Pleaseee, pizza hut taipan inanam management, fix the ice machine... we customer want ice, not warm...

Sadly being trick by the term and condition of the pizza buy 1 free 1, which clearly stated of same value is free or lower. I try buying pastrami Island and getting Mexican salsa, however was told by waiter the free can only choose from favourite.... And not from supreme group Despite showing clearly the term written the free pizza is equivalent or lower prize the waiter said that the system does not allowed that. Pizza hut running a scam, does not follow your own term and condition.... Does not advice for eating at pizza hut.
