This is a centrally located cheap hotel in the middle of town.It is in a new shophouse building with restaurants all around.It neighbour a Japanese restaurant and a bistro.||I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the room.It is very respectable size and the bathroom are adequate...certainly not the cubicle size one usually expect for the price paid.||Wifi good although could be slow at times.As it is located near shops it could be noisy in the night.I suggest you get a higher floor to avoid the noise.||Staff are polite and helpful.Beds are clean n tidy.Golf course are 5 minutes drive away and major shopping centres like Time Square n Parkcity shopping centre are within 15 minutes drive. There is also a whole row of medical doctors clinic about 500m from the hotel.||If you need a clean and tidy hotel in Bintulu I would strongly recommend this hotel which is less than RM 100 per...

Memang Puas Hati. Clean Large Rooms. King size beds, Comfy mattress and plush pillows equivalent to the 5 star hotels i have stayed in. Sheets are of good quality, probably 800 threads and beyond, If just looking from within the room, it qualifies as a 4 star hotel. Coffee, Lime Drink, in the lobby and a friendly and responsive receptionist all round the clock is already more than you can ask for. Service is alittle better than the typical 2 star Serawakian hotel, which is already far better than those in Kuala Lumpur. We booked a room for three, but only one pair of slippers was provided. When we requested for two more, the supervisor gave the excuse that each room is only allowed one pair, which is completely unreasonable. To make matters worse, the floor was dirty.We also planned to store some frozen food in the fridge, but despite switching it on, the fridge did not work — and it was dirty as well. Moreover , if you need a hairdryer you need to bring yourself as the hairdryer provided by them was spoiled.Overall, the service and cleanliness were very disappointing. Definitely not up...
