Found this new hotel on previous trip to Bintulu. It is located behind bus terminal and Farley food court. The location is so so but it wasn't a problem since I was driving a car to get around, and there wasn't much traffic in Bintulu. A lot of eateries around that area. There is also a japanese restaurant at ground level.||It was still under soft-opening since August and renovation work was going on with the facade, but had no impact on the quality of my stay.||The hotel. My god, it is fabulous! It is obvious that the hotel caters for japanese previously. The receptionist was very sweet and courteous, and understands mandarin. I checked-in before noon and although it was Christmas day, the hotel had ready room to my pleasant surprise! I was secretly glad for it's low profile online (evil grin). I had pre-booked the hotel for myself and my parents had other plans in mind, but after they visited my room, they loved it too and booked another room. That's how good the hotel was!||The interior of the room (front view) was very clean and pretty spacious. It has lots of veneer, which suits my taste. The bathroom was clean and better than average. It had a safe, fridge, glass desk and flat-screen TV. The audio was pretty terrible though; it was a ceiling-mounted speaker with no surround sound, so it feels kinda weird when watching the TV which only had 4 local TV channels.||All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel. It had quality, not expensive and totally...

Paid for two duplicate rooms bcs the staff DID NOT BOTHER to explain why one of the rooms was left unpaid.
Well bcs we were supposed to cancel one of it, and we called the hotel, the reply we got was just to leave it unpaid and it will be cancelled automatically.
NO, when we came, we were told there was two rooms under the booking. And God forbid the management train and communicate with their staffs about one of the room that was meant to be cancelled automatically before the check-in date. And to make sure every staff is on board and aware of the situation, NO they did not.
Now that giving it a second thought, maybe this is a gimmick to sell an extra room perhaps? We have already called in super early to cancel the double booking and they have already accepted it, but why are we asked to pay again? WHY?
Worst case is this mistake is not reversible. By then we only got the key cards, we are still at the lobby and the staff said THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT IT. Mind you, we have not checked in, we only touched the key cards, that’s all. So the room is what, USED the moment I got the key cards? Like what’s going on? IRREVERSIBLE 🙄
Yeah because everyone needs to pay for an empty for fun and just leave it...
Read moreI recently stayed at your hotel and would like to share my feedback regarding my experience.Firstly, I must commend the quality of the hotel room itself. It was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, providing a pleasant environment for my stay. The amenities and facilities within the room met my expectations, and the overall ambiance contributed to a relaxing atmosphere. However, I encountered an issue with the water supply in the room. The water pressure was not strong enough, which made showering and using the sink somewhat inconvenient. Additionally, the water temperature was not consistently hot; it tended to fluctuate, and at times, it was uncomfortably cold. This aspect of my stay was disappointing, as having a reliable and comfortable water supply is essential for a satisfactory hotel experience. I believe addressing this issue would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.I trust that this feedback will be taken into consideration, and I hope to see improvements in the future. Despite this issue, I would consider staying at your hotel again, given the positive aspects of my visit.Thank you for your attention to...
