This is the warmest SR joint I have ever visited. I think they are saving their electricity costs by increasing the temperature.. Phew.. I even sweated a bit during meal..

Ambience is okay, as good as other franchises. Staffs are friendly and very attentive. Some of the cakes like the fudge and brownies were sometimes dry. At least they were when I had them there.

I usually go for my usual, cordon bleu chicken or the fish n chips or the curry noodles. But one day I decided to try the grilled dory fish, and it was a disastrous choice. The fish was too salty, and fried until a bit dark in color and its fried taste overwhelmed the 'lobster' sauce.. Maybe I won't eat this next time.

Very bad food quality. Is it how you supposed to serve spaghetti? Its a microwave heated food. The sauce is probably being poured out from jar and put directly on top of the spaghetti with the cheese and put in a microwave. Its obviously from microwave cause the plate is freaking hot when they serve it to us. Please improve the quality of your food cause it isnt cheap. Its overpriced food with cheap quality. Please...

Price is expensive for something that have no worth at all. Tomyum served with bad condition prawn, got black spots everywhere on the prawn. Worst case can cause food poisoning, also the bad smell is very strong, cant even finish it. Chicken chop got 2 pieces which one of it feels like eating a piece of rubber shoes. Overall is very bad....
