I bought the most expensive Suite Room, but what i got is a

1. broken bed which sinks when i just sat on it, apparently because the frame underneath only consists of just 3 planks of wood with huge gaps apart. It's broken so will sink again when I reframe it.
2. Only 1 working plug while the one next to the bed is broken too, can't use it cos it will cause the whole building to short circuit.
3. Most annoying it also got no elevators but it have 3 storeys... No TV too
4. The air-conditioner in my room is faulty & cannot swing so the cold wind blows away towards the windows. I asked the staff to change my our room but they said they cannot bcos all the other room is full.
5. Plus, my safety deposit got burned because we made the bed sheet a little dirty. Their reason made me furious because it sounds like they are just lazy to clean the bed again. Definitely not a place for a honeymoon couple 🤦🏻 cheap but horrible experience.

TLDR: Pros: Decent, clean room, near a shopping mall Cons : No elevators Weak cheaply made beds No free water machine No TV Broken...

A beautiful room but could be further improved. It obviously looks incomplete to me. What is with the blind instead of curtains? Curtains will make the room more vibrant and elegant.||How about installing carpet on the floor to make the room look more pleasing. Family room especially. Not all the guests likes to walk on tiles when in a room. ||Hot water is provided outside the room but I don't see any glasses, drink packets of tea/coffee. So I am wondering what is it for? ||However, I like the idea of ironing your clothes on Level 2 and drying your hair on Level 1 outside the room. ||Hunting for food was easy as there were many cafes/restaurants nearby but the weakness point is its a bit...
