New Atmosferah Restaurant — Restaurant in Sarawak

It's very rare for me to write a review. I'll tell you what happen. Sadly no receipt but I don't want anyone to experience the same things that happened to me TODAY.

Last week is my first time went to this restaurant. I went to this restaurant few times because the food is nice (economy rice self-services). At first, the prices is okay. It was affordable for 2 pax inc drinks. It was around RM 40+.

Second time we went there, we eat the same things. But this time is 3 pax. It was RM 50+. Still affordable and reasonable right?

Today.. it was only 2 pax.. We eat less and something that is more afforable like canai. Guess how much I pay today? Freaking RM 70+ wehhhhhh. It feels like I pay for 4-5 pax.

To that 1 particular waitress, you should mind your own business and let the owner do his job as cashier calculating instead of you cincai charge customers. She also changed the prices i tell yall. Just DON'T LET HER SERVICES YOU, just go direct to the owner.

2 Stars for this restaurant because the owner is kind, reasonable, good food and good environment.

Other waiter and waitress is okay but only that 1 particular waitress who is short will suck ur...

Was happy to come because many of my friends recommend it. However, I can't believe that we come here to experience being looked down. The waitress, a Malay lady was rude and racist af. We wanted to order the food that we want, but she kept on forcing us to order the special cheese naan. She was even not pleased when we said we would try that the next time we come. Wow, so we could not even have freedom to order as customers?

Apart from that, we were having difficulty understanding the waiter because the tone of his voice is too soft so we could not really hear clearly. We were trying our best to understand his Malay, since he is from Pakistan, so it's kinda different from what we were used to hear. But then, the waitress whom I mentioned earlier said two words: "Cina? Ini Malaysia" to us. Wow, racist much?

Attitude sucks but then the food is also not nice. The roti were dry. Overall, I don't even know why we are here wasting our money to make...

i went here with my boyfriend for lunch before my work starts. overall, we are very satisfied with the food, environment and the service provided. the price were not that expensive but the food we ordered were all in big portions. i ordered the nasi biryani ayam and naan cheese while my boyfriend ordered black pepper chicken rice. the food and drinks for me were satisfying enough but my boyfriend thought that the black pepper could have been done better. some of the food, like chicken shawarma, are only served during nighttime. the dining space upstairs is also opened during nighttime only. nevertheless, the service was fast and the staff were helpful when we asked for takeaway food. we will definitely go here again and experience...
