1.Location

Advantage : Strategic with short distant with kkia only 6 minute drive by car , that time my flight was early morning so i just booked a grab that available just a click from phones pick up you & excitement activity just walk a second to emart shopping mall that available 24hrs operation for your needs or window shopping

2.Hospitality

Advantage : Front desk staff are Friendly , Helpful & welcoming.

3.Cleanliness

Advantage : Disinfect ,Decontamination ,Spotless

4.Facilities

Advantage: spacious room , bedding set tidy & clean , window view-brightest

5.Toileteries

Advantage : Full/completious necessities  , hygience towel

6.Amenities

Advantage :functioning well-aircondition/tv/light/ wifi/hair dryer/water closet -valve/ door-card access/shower head

7.Properties :

Advantage : QualityWell maintained

8.Food

Disadvantage : Unprovided Breakfast

9.Transportation

Disadvantage : Hard to get transportation access  like bus , but only ehailing services are typical available anytime.

10.Comfortability

Advantage : sleep well , calm , fragrance room, cold

The receptionists are not friendly nor professional. Abraham who checked us in did not give us connecting rooms despite us requesting when the reservation is made. We have young children so connecting rooms would make our stay a lot easier. Despite the additional wait (we returne to the hotel after lunch) plus 10 mins wait that turns into half hour, he finally said the rooms are ready. When we went in to the rooms, the rooms are not connecting rooms. He might have made a mistake. Turns out he has four rooms available but they are connecting to the rooms that are checked in after us while we have to wait the 10 mins (that turns out to be half hour). Abraham did not apologise but just stood there.

The cleaning lady is the most helpful of all opening other available rooms to look if they are connecting. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and look new.

The room walls are extremely thin that we can hear the Chinese tourist next door singing while in the shower and we hear their conversations while my kids are...

This hotel offered the best complete wedding package in town. With their unique banquet hall, fast and responsive sales coordinator (Mr. Ammenuel), cooperative and creative banquet manager (Mr Akmal), nice food prepared by the attentive chef (Chef Domadam), polite staffs and many more, our parents 50th wedding anniversary has become a successful event. The event was smooth right from the preparation until the end as the cooperation given from the hotel management and staff help us a lot. The complimentary rooms included in the package was beautifully decorated. The parking space is more than enough and the location are also easy to find, making it easily accessible for the guests. If you are looking for a place to organize an event or a place to stay, this hotel will be your best choice.
