KFC Emart Lintas Jaya — Restaurant in Borneo

Just bought the Kfc 6pcs chicken combo. And supposely it should have the Whipped potato inside but its missing… Why cant the staff check more carefully next time by doing the order, this happens not only one time which my friend have met the simillar problems, nasi lemak ayam without ayam, and the combo set with potato doesnt have the potato… seriously no comment after encounter this kind of issues.. I will not drive back to the place for just getting a potato and when im just hoping i could get a refund the app itself doesnt even have a place for me to review for the order details… This is seriously very irresponsible and unfair for every customer. I can already report this...

First time visiting here. I was waiting in line with my colleague and we thought the line was closed so we went to the other counter that previously had customer. The malay big sized lady with tudung was looking down on my tattoo arm and went to the other line that me and my colleague previously stood, and served the customer that was behind us that came later. Bought a set of double down, but no bacon between the double down, went to ask the staff why there's no bacon in it, she says:" if there no bacon then it is out of stock" . Was shocked when she answer me this. No apologise no reaction, went back to ask her manager come out and settle things out.
