One Point Hotel (near airport) — Hotel in Borneo

Not much you can expect with this price but it is good enough for a short 1-2 night stay. I love how soft the bed is and it is more spacious compared to other hotels I've been in. The walls are concrete and they have tall walls, so your voice will echo a bit inside the room.

The only qualms I have about this hotel is the cleanliness. The toilet wasn't cleaned so when I checked in to the room, it still had the previous stayer's pee on the toilet seat (must be a guy 😒). The desk was dusty and the cushion stool wasn't clean and still had some sticky liquid stains. Not sure when was the last time they washed the bedsheets/blanket but there were some yellowish spots stains on the white cotton fabric. But they were soft and I had a good sleep, disregarding the fact that it was sorta unclean. The floor was clean at least, and the toilet came with a pair of slippers. At least they vacuumed for the next customer, just that small corners still got a bit of dust if...

Room: -smelly, TV can't watch(staff say, that tv of cos cant watch, then no repair also) -no water heater -shower shampoo no refill at all -bed not clean

Service: -lady not really polite(for the one who say tv of cos cant watch one)

Location: -no good food and no convenient store, hard to...

Bad service ...location oky juga sbb dekat dngan airport cuma dia punya service jak terukk sngat...dah la awal pagi kmi nak awal check out hotel nie hmmm yg tue receptionist dia mrh2 lagi ohh sma customer gara2 tertinggal kad sja dlm bilik aikk bha...silaka btul nahh kauuu klau xda mau kerja jan kerja jan menyusahkan org lain lepastue satu lagi klau mau kerja tue biar ikhlas bha nie aduiii bukan kmi xda bayar kmi bayar bha..ehhh dah la urg dtg sepatutnya jam 2 check in skli tengok dia punya housekeeping blum lagi dtg kasi kemas bilik bguss2 daaa check in jam 2 ptg trus jdi jam 10 mlm ko rasaaa???
