Otel Hotel Sibu — Hotel in Borneo

Hotel that is situated at Han residence. Ample of parking space during weekday and morning, however at night and during weekends a bit hard to find parking, very crowded. Room was clean, not too spacious, no fridge, no water dispenser in this hotel. Toilet amenities are provided, extra pillow are given.

The best part is nearby have variety of food choice and a small mall that have atm machine and Doremart. Tons of tea shop such as Tealive, Chagee, Share tea etc. There is a food court, subway, Sushi mentai, burger Co n etc.

The view from hotel is facing the roundabout, at night can hear the noices from the car nearby.

Staff are helpful and check in process was fast.

More pricey than Starlink hotel for...

Quite pricy for a small room twin bed with same price like kingwood hotel...aircond is never cold even adjusted to the coldest temperature...the clothes hangers are above the coffee bar..no mini fridge..even though i requested for non smoking room still the room is smell like cigarette..the floor is the worst..very sticky, very uncomfortable when u walk inside the room..the staffs are very unfriendly..overall the hotel could be the most convenient place to stay,easily access to some facilities like pharmacy or foodcourt but as long us u have car there will be no problem to find better hotels in the town with that price, provide more comfortability during your stay..real...

Love the room and location of the place. Feel like a new hotel with modern decor. Fresh linen and spotless room. Stayed here most of my stay in Sibu. Had to checked in and out numerous times because of uncertain circumstances at work here. So had to interact with the reception a few times. Im not happy with the reception, no smiles, no greeting, wasn’t feel welcomed at all even stayed there a few nights. They were there as they were forced to work and standing there.
