-towels were not prepared in the room -there were stains on the towels and the towels smell VERY bad -our blankets have HOLES in them -the telephone was not even connected -our bedsheets were stained -our rooms smell of smoke -no wifi -no pillowcase?????? -hairdryer was not functioning -no toiletries -water boiler was staineddddd -staff gave us fake wifi password lol -staff service was very rude -bathroom...

What i posted was actual Standard Twin Room. It is big different from official hotel/Agoda. I was booking for 2 nights. but on that moment i request change another room but was full house.
