HIGHLY recommended hotel for cleanliness, location and value for money. ||The bed and pillows are so comfortable! The best part of the hotel is their staff. Look for Mr Zaid. He is a gracious and wonderful host!||I arrived to have a look at the rooms a week before check in and Mr Zaid graciously showed us a few rooms. On the day of check in, my friend’s credit card was declined but Mr Zaid allowed us to check in anyway and said we could pay later. Unbelievable!! He even offered us free parking throughout our stay! Always smiling and really just a pleasant person to meet!||When we came back after dinner, we realized the room didn’t have bedroom slippers. I went to front desk to ask and the gentleman there apologized because they have ran out of supplies. However, he didn’t stop there. Instead, he went to look for unoccupied room by room to see if there were any extras. Really above and beyond expectations of a 3-Star hotel.||For RM100+ per night, you’ll get a tastefully decorated hotel room with full hotel amenities like TV, toothbrushes, bottled water, coffee, hair dryer. Read moreactually it just worth less than 1 star.We booked 2 rooms and we spend money just to have a good rest because on the next morning my family need to go to hospital to checkup and we choose the closer hotel.But there's always noise. The sound insulation is really bad and that's not the worst. The worst thing is the room my family stay,the aircondition it will be turned off every ten minutes and needs to reopened.they ask me call reception ask them for inspection and they come to check out but they cant do anything because their hotel is fully book can't make any changes for us just told us their technician not working at night but then only 9pm.(they said that we have to told them early when technician still there)Don't you think it is funny to ask this question?when we check in already late afternoon,after check in we just get ready prepare to get our late lunch and dinner,we are not stay in hotel the whole days and when after we when back we just realized that the problem is not about the setting and we can't solve this problem ourselves so i ask the receptionist that any solutions they said NO.Only what can they do is give us discount prices for our next booking.are you kidding me?do u think i will book this hotel AGAIN? #But the receptionist very competent.
