Look. I'm not putting a hate or anything. Maybe its just not my day. I love Kapitan, period! I enjoy their Mutton Briyani and i would definitely recommend it to those who are first time coming to Penang. But this particular branch somehow has a "bad treatment" against me? I don't know. Everytime i come there, the waiter ignores me. I had to raise my hand for a long time before i could get my order. If they happen to take my order, lets say that the way that they took my order is as if i did something wrong to them. Read moreExtremely Disappointed and Frustrated I ordered 4 Milani Briyani sets, cheese naan and one normal Briyani set for my colleagues and myself. What we received was only the Milani chicken and no briyani rice at all for any of the 4 Milani Briyani orders. I contacted the restaurant, and they agreed to send the rice via Lalamove. But they only sent 1 portion of rice instead of 4. I had to call again, and only then the remaining rice was sent again through Lalamove.
When I finally sat down to eat, I discovered the chicken was undercooked, practically raw. This is completely unacceptable, especially when serving chicken. The entire experience was frustrating, time-consuming, and ruined our dinner. Definitely not ordering...
