Big Big Hotel — Hotel in Iskandar Puteri

The hotel looks appealing from outside but disastrous on the inside.The counter floor was humid as hell and half of them could not speak English thus,it was hard to get information across.Secondly,i had made payment through Expedia but they still had demanded me to pay before they gave in.The rest of them were using phones which was quite irritating as this is a hotel.The second floor was even more humid as the design of the floor was disgusting and made it look as if we were in a brothel.However,I would say that the room is appealing but it took about 30 mins for the air conditioner to work.It is quite clean as well but the toilet roll was spoiled as it kept coming out.Lastly,the WIFI was terrible and did not even work at all even though it had many networks to connect to.I could carry on with other things but i dont want to damage their reputation.

All in all,it shouldn't be charged $25 but like...

The first feeling when I opened the door was very positive, greeted by a nice scent and friendly staff but once I went in to my room, all went downhill fast.||The towels was smelly. Like, they didnt wash it or wash it but not dried properly. There was no floor mat either so the floor are wet all over the room when I came out from bath. The shower head cant be adjusted and when you want to get the stream to you, the pressure is not strong. When you crank the pressure up, the stream goes direct to the wall, not you. The only option is to take it off from its holder and hold it yourself.||The bed is so so but being a budget hotel, I dont see it as a problem. ||The room was cramped, very small for a superior deluxe with a queen sized bed.||There are not much options around the hotel, you need to drive or walk quite a bit to get something to eat.||Not...

Bad experience. The room has moldy smell, i booked two room both are the same. The cleanliness Is bad. Stain on the mattress, moldy pillow, etc. The shower head is broken, inform them and they say nobody can fix today. Fortunately the replaced it at night after our dinner. But overall experience is terrible, very hard to breath espcially my nose in sensitive and the room we get is totally different from what it advertised.
