New Soul Thai Restaurant — Restaurant in Iskandar Puteri

Worst Thai food i ever ate. The service were poor. Table stings when dining. Only 3 dishes ordered, but all 3 not palatable. Its not the price that i am complaining about. I am a foodie, and seek for good service and food. When the soup was displayed on table, we requested the waitress to help serve the soup in bowl for us. Her answer was , no we don't serve for you, you do it yourself. However the bill comes with service charge. So what is halal here? Are you satisfied serving your customers with rude atititude. The fish which was ordered was told to be spicy, however it turn out to be far too sweet. The serai water warm was requested turn out to be far too sweet. I believe the management had changed and i am sure not recommending this place for healthy eating. Please train your staffs to do their job as waitrees. Next to my table which we were dining was another staff sitting and wiping the bowls and plates. The same cloth later she used to wipe the table where she was doing her work and used the same cloth to continue wiping the plates and bowl. I notice A certificate for this restaurant. 😪😪🥲. I wonder how this...

We are regular customer of this particular restaurant for the past 10yrs, the place which never fails to meet our expectations whenever we crave for good Thai food.

Today, again we decided to visit this restaurant after 2long years of Covid..... totally disappointed ☹️ with the food!!!

Just one word, not gonna comebck again!! The food is just simply at the taste of none other local Malay Thai food. Not the authentic Thai food taste anymore.

The white rice was not even steamed fragrance Thai rice, it's was just more to sticky 🍚☹️ The Tomyam is tasteless, not the one that we used to taste,the authentic Tomyam taste, The lemon chicken was so sweet,the spicy egg tofu was tasteless despite of the colorful presentation, the mango chicken salad was just sour in taste,cants taste the mango.

The shop has definitely has given us good memories,as we had plenty of family celebrations here for past 10years but now with the quality & the taste of the food, we are not going to make a comebck to this...

They served one of the most authentic thai food in malaysia. Imagine, their own thai worker eating at this place, food cooked by thai, how thai can it be? the Tom Yum Goong is really nice, the pad thai is great! So is their fish made popular in thailand. Well, pineapple rice is not exactly a normal thai dish the thai people eat, but if you want unlimited rice serving, you get to dig your own amount of rice here from the pot. So thai... Don't take my word for it, go and try it and leave...
