We booked a 1 night stay. When we checked in we were informed there was 2 car park slots which is free right infront of the building. The night itself after coming back from dinner we wanted to park at the slot but there were 2 motorcycles which are taking up part of the slot, affecting the space to park. I went down to check with the staff which is a different person from earlier. I asked if it belongs to anyone they know. She just looked at me as if I was causing trouble and looked at CCTV then back to me and rudely say 'I don't know whose it it'. Then turn back to her computer as if I am not there. I understand that the slot is a first come first serve basis, but would expect more courtesy from a front desk staff.
Room was decent for the price point. Appreciate the minimal and modern look. Cleanliness and provision of clean towels, toothbrush, toothpaste was satisfactory.
But what was scary, in the morning about 8+ while we were sleeping, we heard 3x of door knock, tap of card and suddenly room door open. We did not lock the door as we believe on the card system. Usually I would have locked the door still but was too tired that day to ensure that. We were groggily awaken and the person was shocked and closed the door hurridly. I locked the door after. This really makes us wonder if other key cards can open other doors which...
Read moreMy booking was on 5 of Nov 2023,
I have to give this hotel a 1 star due to
1.) My checkin time is at 2pm, however only 3 room is prepared where the other 1 is still not clean yet, I am still able to consider about this.
2.) The front desk that was on duty which is a guy as a receptionist selling the small orange bottle for RM4, which the price is very expensive compare to normal price.
3.) I hand over RM5 to the staff, and he repeatedly asking if I have RM4, I am not too sure why, the way he is asking is very rude. don u guys have RM1 or 50+50sen for return? disappointing.
4.) The deposit receipt given to us was not even asked to be sign, the staff din even care about asking us to sign the paper instead he just give it to us. luckily my Father is able to claim back the deposit.
Such a reckless and incompetent staff, this staff need more professional trainning.
Btw, he is a bit racist, I am a chinese and I dont have my blue ic with me yet due to changing my ic and I got a temporarily ic, he might think I am a foreigner? and charge the small orange water for rm1? very absurd,,
Nak tau kenapa Ic sementara dik? sebab akak tukar IC tenters ke IC awam.

Read morePlease note this is a budget hotel just for a layover, and not to have too high expectations. But the good points are the food & bedsheets are clean and the aircon and water heater works fine. The location is great as there is the Soul Asia Thai massage next door and also a Thai restaurant which is reasonably cheap and no need to go too far to eat. There is ample public parking lots around the hotel (FOC) for drivers and the night markets and most popular restaurants in Bukit Indah are all within 10 mins drive from the hotel. The only grouse is the very small room which can only fit in 1 or 2 hand-carry luggages (max) and 2 small build couple like us. The toilet is also small and the shower is directly over the wash basin and toilet bowl. As our room has no windows, the room is very quiet and dark, and good for late sleepers. We slept through the night w/o any road noise of noise from outside our room. Still it’s the cheapest room I can find in Bukit Indah from Trip.com .. SGD 20.34/night. Nothing to...
