the staff there is helpful but they dont really sure what they are doing.i say i book tru trip.com they say dont have any email. then say keep dont have. after searching for some time got the email. after done the say i got to pay the bill...i told them i already paid online and they say dont have, till then i manage to get the e reciept issue by trip.com then they say oh paid already. i dont know is it act dont know or just wan to try their luck.overall the place is ok just that the noise control is really not that good. i can hear ppl scrubbing the flood so clearly...

Better find another hotel if available. Staffs are nice however. Bathroom/toilet door cannot close. Toilet tank water cannot close. Door have to wait long long to open. Power plug to charge phone only 1 is working. Light switch broken, cannot turn off. Pillow seems like 20 years never change. Night club right in front, noisy for light sleeper. The bathroom is really big and there is hot water. The bed is always clean and the room smells good upon arrival. Air-con is working well, very cold. It's abit noisy if you stay at L1 near the reception area. We love to stay at Level 2 as it is not so noisy. This place is our 1st choice whenever we come to JB. This hotel does provide free Wi-fi but it can be quite weak, sometimes not able to connect. Overall, this is a new hotel and I hope it will remain clean and good as it is.
