I initially planned to have the red wine noodle; unfortunately, it has limited servings, and reservations are required to book your portion. This was a bit disappointing and something to looks forward, but I decided to try their signature Sarawak noodle instead, and it turned out to be an excellent choice.

The soup was incredibly thick and rich, filled with peeled shrimps, tender chicken slices, and a variety of condiments that elevated both the presentation and flavor. Every spoonful was a delightful mix of textures and tastes, perfectly blended to create a satisfying meal. The fish balls served alongside were acceptable, though not particularly outstanding.

Another pleasant surprise was the three-layer pandan tea. It was refreshingly flavorful, with a subtle balance of sweetness and pandan aroma that paired beautifully with the meal.

The service stood out as exceptional. The waiters were highly attentive and patient, taking the time to explain the menu in detail. I particularly appreciated how they noticed I was hesitant to place my order via the QR code system and promptly took my order directly, making the experience much more comfortable.

The restaurant’s ambiance was equally impressive. It had a clean, neat, and welcoming vibe that made dining there even more enjoyable.

Overall, it’s definitely a place I’d revisit and highly recommend to my...

For Sarawakians missing their hometown food in Johor Bahru, this is a good place to go. The place is clean, tidy, and comfortable. It can feel a bit cramped when it's too crowded and full, though. The temperature and atmosphere inside are cozy. The staff are friendly, and the service is good.

The food here is decent; some dishes are good, while others are just average compared to the "original." The drinks are also not bad, but sometimes their standard seems inconsistent, perhaps due to different people preparing them. You can find a variety of local Sarawakian foods here, for example, Laksa, Kampua, Kolo Mee, Red Wine Mee Sua, Butter Bread, etc...and soon Kueh-chap. I usually come here for their Laksa and Mee Goreng Melayu. For drinks, I always order the Teh C Special (3 Layer). The pricing is reasonable for both food and drinks, although some might find it slightly more expensive than other places.

Oh, there's plenty of parking outside. So no need to worry about parking.

Overall, I rate this place 4/5 stars. I do hope they can maintain their standard of quality and quantity for both the...

Dishonest and irresponsible seller!A normal kolo mee for dine in supposed to have mee, wanton, minced meat and charsiew. (Mount Austin branch)When I request for changing of chasiew to wanton as take away, the staff agreed but ended up no wanton was given. We called them(Impian Emas branch as no phone no for MA branch)for clarification but the staff said they will communicate with the MA branch on this matter. However what we were told is that “no wanton was given for take away orders in MA branch so the charsiew already changed to wanton as request” ??The problem is they didn‘t even inform customer before we ordered for take away…?felt so disappointed regards their respond on this issue. Just use the excuse to avoid the responsibility. BTW tbh food(kolo meet)...

Serves pretty decent sarawak laksa. They also have a few other noodle dishes like kolo mee and meepok but the laksa is their signature. Ordered a small bowl of laksa (Rm10.50) but the size ain’t small at all. Contains chicken shreds, shredded omelette and some peeled shrimps. For Rm10.50 i feel it’s pretty damn worth it. Ok i know for most of the kopitiams u can prob get it for Rm8 or less but i feel this price is still quite acceptable for the portion. The gravy has abit more spice and less coconuty than the sg laksa. The beehoon is slightly thicker but not like udon thick. Need to use chopsticks one. I actually like it! Currently my rank for laksas: Sarawak>Sg>Penang assam. Sorry Penang, ur assam laksa is too fishy to my liking.
