Bluebell Hotel — Hotel in Iskandar Puteri

My comment is im staying here for 1 night and the room that ive checked in hermmm really first impression... wahh so nice, neat and tidy.. what a relieved... but after awhile my air con really not so cold enough.. maybe i thought is just in and the compressor still not running yet.. then about 4hrs later i think, still not cold.. seems like no cold air at all.. whatt the hell... then i go down to the receptionist and asking for changing another room cause what im facing now in this current room.. the staff excuses is no more rooms for standard.. and asked me stay also in the room which the air con NO COLD AIR / at all not functioning well... I really dissappointed because the staff treated me like that.. how im should sleep later?? What is the services that i paid for ( room not cool / air con not functioning)?? I really...

They never clean the toilet at lobby . Sometimes they don't even provide towel, so i need to spend rm 20 more to buy towels outside. Besides, they didn't provide iron, iron board, kettle, mineral water,toilet tissue, tv remote, aircond remote, pantry, microwave, fridge,light breakfast, and any other facilities. I strongly think that these reasons is good enough for you NOT STAYING HERE. the price starts from rm 100 per night until rm 160 per night yet not provide any comfortness to the guest. A very basic hotel just to spend a night and move on. But they do have a comfy bed and everything inside is neat. My room doesn't come with a window something which I find a bit let down for safety concerns. However they do provide water dispenser outside for your drinking needs. Hotel also located within a small township area (impian emas ) so accessible to the shops and food outlets. Very nicely located close to the 2 golf courses...
