This restaurant’s service is utterly unacceptable. We endured an outrageous two-hour wait for our food, only for half of our orders to be served. The lack of efficiency and organization was appalling.
When we finally decided to cut our losses and settle the bill for the items that were served, the staff wasted another thirty minutes, still unable to produce an accurate invoice. Their inability to handle basic billing procedures was both frustrating and unprofessional.
It took us raising our voices before the manager finally emerged from his apparent hiding place—completely unprepared—to address the situation. His delayed response only reinforced the sheer incompetence of the entire team.

The first time, the cashier said RM9+. My mum said it shouldn't be so expensive. When she recalculated, she said RM11+. My mum couldn't believe and asked her to double check the price, she said because the price increased. My mum insisted that it was not the usual price we paid. The 3rd time she checked and said RM5.50.
I urged SDS to provide more trainings to this staff in case the customers are innocently overcharged.
