Restoran Tajri — Restaurant in Iskandar Puteri

First time trying out the dishes by this Kelantanese family restaurant but found the service extremely slow despite only 2 tables were occupied. I ordered 3 glasses of Watermelon juice & 1 glass of Lime juice which tasted very diluted, as though they were short of Lime. All the sibling waitresses were courteous but shy to communicate with. Ordered a plate of Fried Turmeric Squid (Goreng Sotong Kunyit) & their signature dish Tajri Fried Rice (Nasi Goreng Tajri) & patiently waited for more than 40 minutes for them to be served (after having to walk over & reminded why such a long wait for only 2 simple dishes & wt only 2 pax before us). I reckon they need to boost up their speed or else customers will walk away & never return. The Squid dish did not give a WOW factor as it was damped & not crispy & i reckon i could cook so much better. The Tajri Fried Rice was their saving grace with chunky prawns thrown in. Good tasty food served like Tom yam, Ikan 3 rasa. They served you with patience. At times restaurant seems pack with takeaways during dinner and supper. What's good about this restaurant is the price for the food; seems cheaper than others....
