This hotel is even better than TuneHotel. Especially their King Deluxe+Jacuzzi room, you can stay there with a very reasonable price indeed. The room is super spatial, the bathroom is hugeee. They have good staffs especially the one sitting at the reception (Mira).. I will definitely come back in future.

This is one of the best affordable hotels i been to. Cleanliness is tip top, smells amazing and they have hot water! And the receptionist is quite hospitable and polite as well.

Choose this hotel at first as it is the only hotel with jacuzzi. But when check in, nightmare start to happen . Wallpaper torns everywhere, mildew at wall When lay down suddenly got rashes and allergic and found out whole room was contaminated with bed bug, the room was unsanitized. Ask for room change, not allowed. Ask for someone to sanitize and clean room, dont want to do. After threathened to report at KKM, the finally owner agree to refund the money. Immediate leaving the hotel at 1.00 a.m and check in to Katerina Hotel . Much better and comfier approved. Now with swollen face , aches everywhere due to beg bug.. check in clinic to get treatment Anyone reading this, beware from booking the hotel unless you already confirm with your own eyes ,...

The service is good. Be careful with trip.com as i book for 2 rooms & also paid for 2 room but when i arrive at the hotel, they said they only receive a booking of 1 room & they even showed me the booking from their system. After 30minutes of discussing and iā€™m so lucky that night, someone checkout early and i get 2 rooms and the receptionist is very polite and helpful. Keep on apologise for things that is not their fault but i get a different room from what i booked but i think it is ok as all the hotel were fully booked. The door having problem which is nit functioning well but i just stay for 1 night so no problem with me. Others, iā€™m satisfied with the service and room. The room & toilet is very spacious and we have a good sleep. Thanks to the...

Room type: Twin Room The room was super clean, spacious and looks good with good air-conditioning also comes with a vanity table and additional large mirror on the wall. Beds were bouncy-soft and very comfortable to lay on with light switches just besides the bed. The bathroom was very clean with good water supply on taps and guest essential amenities provided.

Nice and polite service from the receptionist for booking, check-in and out. Providing limited road side 'guest reserved car park' just in-front of the hotel in a first come first...
