Took up public parking spot for event during busy weekends. Can clearly see many other cars looking for a parking No arrangements for alternative parking Rude staffs not allowing parking at curbside. Store wise, only 3-4 cashier counters open out of 10++ available counters. Always long queue when paying. On handling returns/mislabeled goods, staffs acting irresponsibly and unwilling to check/clarify. Asking us to pay more even when the price labeled is cheaper, simply because the discount is not registered in the system.

Hello you can park your stalls illegally causing uneccesaary congestion, but public can't park at curbside which doesn't obstruct anyone?

Update: spent the next 30 mins finding parking. Utterly disgusted with the management. Note: we have 2 babies and have to carry them for long distance.

TLDR: Not family friendly. Batu pahat needs more hypermarket so this one can wake up to the fact that customers...

Visited here for some baking stuff. Its good here, lots of parking and VERY IMPORTANTLY, very close to McDonald (with drivethru)!! Beware tho, sometimes i got electrocuted (not severe) after touching the trolley or touching person in contact with trolley. I also went here for Hari Raya shopping spree. Got clothes and scarves.
