Four Seasons Ruili Hotel — Hotel in Johor

Terrible hotel to stay at. Only got my room at about 1600. Key cards were not working and had to ask housekeeping staff to get me in. When I went to the reception to get the cards recalibrated, staff advised me not to put the cards near my phone. When I finally returned to the hotel, I found that the keycards were still not working. A technician came with a cool looking gadget to test the lock system on the door. Meddled for about 10mins then helped me into my room and said he would come back with the keycards. Called us at about 10pm to ask us to change room. I'm only staying for the night..... WiFi cannot be connected to. Its like the WiFi is there just for the purpose of saying there is WiFi. Paid RM238 per night. Totally not worth the money and the value. Terrible stay and I won't come back again, thank you...

we checked as a family of 5 into 2 rooms on the 9th floor. The fist shock was the condition of the windows - the dirt was on the inside (see picture). The pool was under renovation so we went out for dinner. on my return i found that teh aircon was working well so tried to call front desk - to my horror the phone wasn't connected! (see picture). So i called front desk with my mobile. While waiting i switched on the TV and it wasn't working (see picture).||Maintenance confirmed the above and offered to change to another room where things actually work. The rooms are dirty and smelly. Got bitten by mosquitos. Breakfast buffet was pathetic. When I called up in regards to the rooms, the front staff was not reliable and no integrity.

I will definitely not recommended this hotel. Not even suitable for a 3 star hotel.

I prefer the old management. They were good...
