Gomix Cafe — Restaurant in Johor

Jangan pergi restoran ni kalau tak nak sakit perut. Ni kronologi kejadian pada 7/3/25:

9:00 PM – Anak order pickup buttermilk chicken chop untuk dia & aku.

9:40 PM – Aku komplen kat anak, ayam hangus, fries lemau.

9:52 PM – Anak komplen kat WhatsApp Gomix.

10:18 PM – Diorang kata bukan hangus, cuma “garing sikit.” Tapi pelik, masa makan ayam tu keras gila, macam ayam lama letak kat freezer lama pastu goreng. Harga macam restoran T20, tapi kualiti jauh panggang dari api.

10:30 PM – Diorang setuju ganti makanan. (Masa ni anak belum makan lagi makanannya.)

12:29 AM – Anak baru makan, tapi separuh jalan terus buang. Pastu dia minta maaf sebab beli makanan buruk macam tu. Masa aku suruh dia order, memang tengah lapar, jadi bila kena makan makanan teruk macam ni, dia rasa bersalah gila.

Esoknya, 12:41 PM – Anak WhatsApp diorang bagitahu kitorang kena sakit perut, tapi takde reply. Anak tanya refund & reject replacement sebab dah sakit perut, takkan nak makan dari tempat sama lagi? Logiknya, mestilah nak refund.

4:05 PM – Masih tak reply. Anak minta nombor manager & bagitahu nak buat report. Sampai 8:20 PM, masih senyap.

8:20 PM – Anak hantar mesej lagi, tapi satu tick je. Dia hantar beberapa kali, still satu tick.

8:25 PM – Dia call, diorang jawab cakap busy, pastu letak telefon.

8:28 PM – Dia cuba mesej guna phone ayah sebab syak nombor dia kena block. Bila mesej dari phone ayah ada dua tick, confirm diorang block dia.

9:00 PM lebih – Kitorang terus pergi restoran & anak confront diorang. Tapi diorang boleh pulak suruh bawak ayam semalam. Kalau nak ayam semalam, kenapa tak bagitahu semalam? Lepastu diorang tak nak bertanggungjawab langsung & siap deny block anak aku.

Anak aku dah report kat ministry of health sebab kitorang pergi klinik & doktor sahkan keracunan makanan. Harap siapa-siapa yang baca ni fikir dua kali sebelum makan sini. Restoran ni memang takkan ambil tanggungjawab kalau ada masalah. Semua bukti screenshot & report dah submit ke...

Nice ambience. Attentive, polite staff. Pretty good selection off the 'Western styled' menu all be it with some pasta choices as well. The milkshake was not up to par but the "Nasi goreng with Grilled Lamb" more than made up for it as the portion was ample and lamb cuts were fresh and grilled the right way (not dry at all). Nice clean and comfortable cafe. The service was good too. There's plenty of parking lot here too.

Tried their carbonara with streaky beef and popcorn chicken for dinner. I'm really satisfied with the delicousness of the pasta.

The popcorn chicken was made fresh by their cook/chef (not from frozen meal), you can taste their crispiness and tastyness of the seasonings.

The cafe opened early for breakfast at 0700, the breakfast set comes with coffee, nasi lemak and half boiled egg. Very filling for the amount I paid for.
