KFC Taman Perling DT — Restaurant in Iskandar Puteri

Sorry to said, we came around 12noon only 1 staff served at counter, pity her, alone preparing stuff for dine in, take away n drive tru as well... during lunch time, suppose got extra another 1 staff back up her. Pity us also, My family and I have to wait almost half an hour to have our lunch. Pls improve it kfc perling. We're thinking twice or many time to repeat here or not next time. One more thing, i ask to change drink, she said cannot, i've to change it at the terminal during place order, unfortunately, i check it twice, no other option to...

I’m really disappointed with the service at KFC Taman Perling. Despite only having 10 orders ahead of me, I had to wait 28 minutes for my food. What’s even more frustrating is that the food was already prepared but left sitting there, seemingly because the staff insisted on serving strictly by number. This led to my meal being served cold.

While everyone appeared busy, it was unclear what they were actually doing. The food quality is average, consistent with other KFC outlets, but the service speed here is definitely worse than other locations...

Very poor service.. Low quality on food.. Waited for long time in queue. Ordered combo 9pcs bucket with extra 9pcs nugget and cheezy wedges..6nos of puddings. Then they don't hv Pepsi in btl.. So replaced me with 3 large cup.. Even though I said.. I came by bike.. They said no choice.. N I'm OK with it.. At last take my order go home.. Found.. Chicken not cooked properly.. Given a btl of tomato sauce which I never use at all.. All my Pepsi not in cup.. But in plastic bag.. Missing of 9pcs nugget.. Very bad experience.. For sure won't visit over...
