Hotel Lii View — Hotel in Johor

Avoid this hotel. they double booked me and didn't even bother to inform me. Only found out whilst I was on the way and called to inform them of my check in time. In fact, avoid OYO all together, terrible service, even worse communication. This is my second booking with them and both times I've faced issues.

Also, booked through booking.com and their service was spectacularly poor. Informed them about the issue and was told there would be a resolution in 30 mins. I waited for 3 hours before having to ring them again to find out the status. After all that, I had to make a new booking somewhere else because they are not authorised to make bookings for passengers, even though it was their mistake to begin with. All this happened as I was en route to Mersing, with patchy telephone signals...

Location was great, accessible. Spent one night here 3 days ago. 30 minutes after checking in, the air conditioner started leaking. We used a pail from the bathroom to catch the dripping water so the floor wouldn’t get wet. My husband informed the staff and the lady said someone would come to fix it, but no one showed up. Before going out for dinner, we told the front desk again. The guy seemed to already know about it and just nodded. My husband asked if they couldn’t fix it, at least give us extra towels or cloths to wipe the floor. But when we came back, there was nothing provided. We had to keep pouring out the water from the pail ourselves. Yeap the room was cheap, but that shouldn’t mean you ignore customer...

1)Waze bring us to wrong location 2)when we reached there but nobody at the reception 3)reception staff no wear mask 4)we request 7am to check out , but the staff request us early check out at 6am cause he want to pray 5)the website photo is TOTALLY DIFFERENT WITH ACTUAL!!!!!! 6)the corridor is no any light and full of stuff to hold living 7)the rooms are very dirty and dark , very TERRIBLE!! 8)alot of mosquito and smelly

P/s :The location is good at all ,other is terrible. Look like ghost hotel , not value for that amount we paid ! At the end , we are just CHECK IN FOR 1 MINUTE then we straight away left ! And the reception are still no...
