Great for old customers who know how it operates. But not too friendly to new ones eg unwritten rule that you are supposed to help yourself to take certain items that are located at certain customers' tables while certain items will be served to you. The young management team seems to struggle with management and operations in this new age. Quite chaotic. As a result, customers can be left waiting and food safety can be compromised eg customers help themselves with the food where no governance if they use their hands to handle and touch other pieces even though tongs are provided. And the tongs that hands touch are placed in the same container as the unwrapped food. Hope they can rethink and reinvent their old ways. Price is very expensive for the Toast. Even top rated Ho Kow Kopitiam in KL is cheaper with a thicker bread. Toast is very crispy because of the thin cut, but over price I will say. Toast bun is standard. Yam toast, the yam filling is too little and the butter is too over till cover up the yam taste, the price for the yam toast is just not worth it. Not recommended. First time try this place. Old school environment, nostalgic. Food wise, nasik lemak and soto not bad but the economy mee goreng, that is weird. That is mee ketchup or mee basah rather than mee goreng. Taste not good for this. Service, pretty messy system flow.
