The Aliff Residences — Hotel in Johor

My family and I have just stayed at The Alif Residences from 21/12/22-23/12/22 but were not happy with the person attending our reservation who was very rude/disrespectful with his replies on Whatsapp. Never pick up my call and always communicate via whatsapp. Never expect this kind of service from a business in this kind of service sector. As a customer, I still can say apologize to his/her due to delay in filling up the form because I'm busy in completing all my work before a long holiday. However, he/she was replied to me.. "I'm busy too, you're not my only customer, it's not my duty to remind you to fill in the form ".. and there are other replies from him/her that are also impolite and not even say sorry. I was paid 900++ to stay at Aliff Residences for 2 nights but he/she treated me like I stayed for free. For myself & family , this is our first and last staying at The Alif Residences. Hopefully, management can consider making things easier for residents. As we know, sometimes residents have emergencies. I park on weekdays during office hours. I means it’s not disturb others.

What is the purpose of the rules and regulations?

In my experience of staying here for almost a year, I haven't seen residents purposely park for long periods.

You need to give and take when enforcing policies, as we, the residents, also consider your weaknesses . It is important to review the comments about security and management and improve the service accordingly.

It might be better to have security personnel check for vandalism on the walls rather than causing trouble...

Do not book this place, let the ghost live with guards in here. You will feel sorry later. What a blunt residency. No wonder ex tenant here gave a very bad comment. Yes, indeed! You paid to owner your parking space, yes parking is not free even you are paying a hefty amount of rental. When you entered, you need to pay again to pay again for due to late adv to them. What an excuse! There was no adv on using the swimming pool and then you cant enter due to guards whimpy ad clumsy excuse. . This place is a no go to us anymore.
