KFC Damansara Aliff DT — Restaurant in Johor

During my recent visit to KFC Damansara Aliff in Johor Bahru, I experienced several issues that affected the overall service quality. Out of three order machines, only two was functioning, and the process display screen did not show order numbers, causing confusion among customers. The kitchen was not adequately prepared for peak hours during weekends and public holidays, resulting in food shortages. Additionally, there were not enough staff members to handle the busy period efficiently. I am disappointed with the portions provided. From my understanding, a single chicken typically includes two ribs and a breast piece. However, based on the portions in my order, it appears as though there are only parts of two chickens here. This is unacceptable and does not meet the standard quality and value your customers expect.

To make matters worse, I live with my elderly parents, both of whom are 80 years old. The inadequate portions in this order caused inconvenience for my family, and I find this lack of attention to portioning highly unprofessional.

I can't accept the service that the waiter takes orders from people drive thru. Yesterday at 8:30pm I bought some food but the service was very bad. They didn't welcoming to me, the told guy with a dark skin being so rude and no respect for the customer. When I wanted to add on my order, the waiter said, "Ha!" and I oder and finish my order. The guy dengan verry berlagak nya "Pay up front."
