Waited outside to be seated, as per stated on the sign outside the door.
The male server directed me to a huge table which was right in the middle of the restaurant.
I noticed there were other seats available as the restaurant was not that busy.
When I blurted out "right in the middle of the place?", another male server (who looked like he was the supervisor/manager), asked me if I was alone, and I replied positively, then commented that since the restaurant was not that busy, if it was alright for me to choose my seat & sat at one of the sofa seatings against the wall. At least, I felt it was quite inconspicuous to have sat there.
Great ambience for a cosy meal alone or with your friends or loved ones. It has a romantic & cosy vibe to it.
For the price point of the rib-eye steak (which took about 15-25 minutes to be served up to me, maybe I was just very hungry so every single minute of waiting was torturous to me..🤭🤣😂), I had expected a bigger portion, like a huge, meaty, carnivorous meal for meat-eaters like myself, but alas, I was disappointed & left the restaurant feeling not very full.
The vegetables at the side could have been served in a bigger portion, as I do love my vegetables too 😝😜🤪, considering the price charged for the whole meal.
Mashed potatoes were okay, but not that great.
The Americano coffee was good but not something I would come back for, as I have had better Americanos elsewhere.
The service staff was not attentive enough (even though the restaurant was not that busy at that time) to notice that I had finished my entrée. I had to look around for them & asked if they could serve my dessert.
The crème brulée had much to be desired for. There was no crackling sound when I used the spoon to crack the burnt/caramelised sugar layer, as I believe it was not thick enough. The custard pudding has room for improvement.
After payment at the cashier counter, I volunteered my feedback to the cashier as he had asked me about the food.
I shared about the coffee being good but the crème brulée, not being that great. He did not seem too happy about my feedback. Well, if one is not ready to listen to his customers' honest & sincere feedback, then one should not have asked for it, in the first place..🤭🤣😂
I think the exorbitant prices charged are meant for the décor & ambience, rather than for the food & drinks.

I come with my family for My mother and Dad birthday celebration. Note here that we are not that well off family. Just want to celebrate a special moment in so called nice place.
We ordered Lamb Shoulder, Salmon Grill, Avanza Combo, Beef Farmer Pizza, and Nachos and 2 slice of cakes. But only Salmon and Pizza are okay in this Steak house.
Issue start with
We found a hair in our Avanza combo, which on the prawn. Its okay lah as they replace with some more prawn. I put it as Pass.
The meat in Avanza combo are super dry. Chicken are dry, all meat dry and chewy. The vegetable are seems like not cooked at all. Maybe they cooked. but still very hard. Sauce not really helping with this dry food. I think they overcooked all this.
The lamb shoulder also soo dry and chewy. I think Aeon pre prep meat are taste better when I cooked it myself. I pay for about RM 60 for this meat, I should expect something more tasty and nice. But it so disappointing.
The water are super sweets. and all water I think taste the same.
Nachos, Hmm I don't think it worth RM28 for this one. Don't order it if you don't want to waste money here. NOT WORTHY AT ALL.
We order 2 slice of cake for the birthday celebration. Its also soo siau, only a sponge cake with a lot of cream here. NOT WORTH RM20 FOR A SLICE. I don't know maybe they put a very expensive cream. But it doesn't taste nice pun.
when we pay and we told staff about the chewy and dry meat, he said because we order a NOT SO PREMIUM meat, so we got this NOT SO DELICIOUS food. Ya, accept that we are poor, but I think I can get nice and tender meat in the normal western food that serve lamb shoulder for RM40. And If I order the PREMIUM MEAT, what is the probability of me to not found a hair in my food?
SO IF YOU NOT RICH, DONT COME HERE. AND ONLY ORDER EXPENSIVE MEAT IF YOU WANT TO COME HERE.

Read moreFood, wass fine, not that Wow. slight less on the portion. the meat was fine, a lil bit chewy. for both the Lamb Shank and Fillet of Rump. the sauces esp Honey Pepper was great. The mash potatoes was superb, great on it's own.
if you're really a hardcore fussy meat lover, dont put your expectations high.
Pricing wise a lil steep and quite deep into your pockets.
Service was great, staffs quick on their feet, welcoming and friendly. The ambience is nice and cosy. It's wasnt busy when i dine-in, so food didn't take long.
the drinks nothing to complain. there's flavour, not too much ice and serving portion was adequate.
There's alfresco and air-conditioned seatings. there plenty of space between tables.
Cleanliness i would give a 5/5. There's a toilet. it clean too.
Parking wise there's plenty of lots all around the eatery.
Payment wise, cash and cards accepted. not sure of TNG...
