But not the living experience here . Especially the management system, parking, issue with solutions etc. For me, they are not matured enough to handle and manage the neighbourhood . Lots of issues and nonsense policy. Even the quality of construction itself is worrying. The lift could be flooded at heavy rainfall. Drainage system also an issue. What I would like to share is that there are good at appearance and packaging but very low quality "hardware ". So, I will definitely won't invest this property. The security staff at the guardhouse have shown a poor attitude toward our visitors. When visitors check in, they are met with unfriendly behavior, and upon check-out, visitors are often kept waiting for around two minutes before the staff slowly approach their car to retrieve the access card. There is no swimming pool at level 8, and the swimming pool is separate from the apartment. If the sales person claims the swimming is included, you're are scammed.
High maintenance fees, slow JMB action, JMB+DEVELOPER only think about MONEY, MONEY, MONEY, clamp RM200, expensive water rate, cheap building material, cheap door security, cheap furniture from developers. Over value price per square feet. Really not worth paying almost rm600/sqft.
