I am extremely disappointed with the rude and unprofessional service I received from the cashier and the plus-sized female staff member during my recent visit. It is basic customer service to treat every customer with respect and courtesy, yet I was met with unacceptable behavior that left a very negative impression. This kind of attitude is not only uncalled for but also reflects poorly on your establishment. If I ever experience this again, I will not hesitate to report it directly to upper management and request serious action, including possible termination of staff involved. I strongly urge the management to address this issue immediately and ensure all staff are reminded to maintain respectful and professional conduct at all times.

went there for take away on 23 april night. the girl asked us to wait outside, rudely. not sure why we were asked to wait outside, the restaurant was quite empty. and she didnt even take our number so we had to guess ourselves and check if our order is ready. the service is very poor. hopefully action can be taken to improve the service.

Service teruk gila ! Kami order jam 9.40 pm set pizza ada musroom garlic bread . Yg sampai mushromm soup around 10 min after we oder . Then we wait almost 30 minutes for pizza . I asked one of the staff man he said wait to check at back . Then do not inform back what the status . We wait another 20 minute and im asking go at the back where my oder . Then i think the supwrvisor check . But same not tell us anything until 10 minutes later , our oder arrive . Then the staff just said they didnt receive any oder and oder not coming out . Until we finish our food . Go to counter no one say sorry what happen just now . Not even say sorry and just show by finger the total to pay . What the...

Very disappointed to the service when I order for take away twice I mention to the cashier that I wanted to have beef pepperoni then she ask me again if Ayam or daging... When my order done I go inside the outlet to pick up my order I open the door I saw 3 person in the counter and they just look at me tot she know why Im there but they just wait till I ask my pizza only they all move this place is not bz at all but all staff so bz with nothing they don't even don't know how to welcome the guest when they enter the door and I need to ask for chilli source and tissue just give two...
