OYO 89966 Green World Hotel @ Seri Putra — Hotel in Kajang Municipal Council

I regret to live in this hotel due to the lazy receptionist and very poor service. The lobby have broken air conditioners including the poorly maintained ones in every hotel rooms, all televisions with lack of channels, loose doorknobs on every bathroom doors, only one cheap yellow light bulb in every rooms, dusty furniture covered in fungus, bedsheets and blankets with cigarette burns, broken water heater and exhaust fan and even a toilet seat just fell off from the toilet which shows how lazy the maintenance are. No wonder why nobody wants to live in that mess with a lazy receptionist, cleaning and maintenance. I wouldn't be so surprised if I found ants nesting in the furniture, cockroaches in the bathroom and even rats living in the ceiling as guests instead of actual guests. The worst part of it, when I checked out immediately out of discomfort and unsatisfactory, there are no refunds which also shows that this hotel service is nothing but a scam for travellers...

1)Tv not working from day 1 to day 3 & did not even see any effort to fix- tv remote not provided

2)only got towel & door toilet towel at night on day 1 because hotel don't have clean towels-too late

3)received thin & torn towel (terkoyak) & very bad towel

4)toilet door room have no lock-lock broken

5)not friendly staff

6)kettle provided but not provide cup/glass & 3 in 1 tea/coffee

7)drinking water not provided

8)iron spoiled my headcover, overheat,iron not non stick

9)door room cannot lock,the door lock cannot use & have to ask for hotel staff everytime to open the door

10)drawer not properly cleaned,have waste from earlier guest

11)toiletbowl flush water too slow,have to flush several times before going out.

12)no praying mat (sejadah) provided,that should be a must for every hotel.Even other 2 stars...

I have booked thru Agoda for one night. Upon arriving at the hotel, the Front Office had the booking and gave me room no 202, This room the aircond and celling was leaking, there was was ants crawling on the wall and table. The bed had hair on it and the room was looking like someone has used before. I asked for room changed and was provided room no : 204. The room was clean but still room had ants crawling and air cond making a weird sound thru out the night. Surrounding of aircond looks like it had been cleans for months. There is no water bottle or other amenities. Even wifi didn't work. I just find this hotel to be over priced and total...
