My wife and I work in Nilai and we regularly take a detour exiting Exit 213 for our favourite Oatside CEO Latte. A few weeks ago, after having received my new 14oz OG cup we went to this outlet for our regular. Unfortunately, another customer ahead of us had also brought in his very same blue OG cup/mug. And you guessed it, our mug was mixed. The mug we received back was not new and you can tell from the stain and markings. So we returned it on the way home that day itself.
The lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful. Checked their records and was able to identify our order and the other customer. I received a call from someone saying they would like to offer us a replacement but not the OG. We went a few days later and it was a much larger mug. I just want what I bought - the 14oz OG cup! And we didn’t take up on their offer. They did tell me that there is no stock for the OG and they don’t know when there will be stock and Zus may have stop making this.
Anyhow, I just want to inform those of us who bring your own Zus tumbler (BYZT) to take note that Zus does not have proper operating procedure to ensure you get your own mug/tumbler when you BYZT!
Zus Coffee, I am sure you read this; I am an innovation catalyst and can help you come us with simple SOP to prevent this amongst other things. As a Zus fan, I am even willing to do this for free. The staff at this outlet...

I've installed Zus App with hopes that it could make my day better and easier, isnt that what a so called "convenient" app supposed to function???
I have put a name on the app, so when the order ready the staff are supposed to call the name right? Because if not, then what is the purpose of creating such feature??
Here's what I'm picking up, your staff (female) is too lazy to call the name and if there're names she doesnt like, she won't even call. So we as customers need to go and check one by one among the other drinks at the counter.
SO WHAT CONVENIENT ARE YOU TRYING TO OFFER THEN??? This happens many times already, my friends are already uninstalling the app.
