Super OYO 90669 My Hotel Vistana — Hotel in Kajang Municipal Council

i don't like this hotel because first the running water is very slow, the bathroom floor are very slippery and when i ant to check out there's no receptionist at the counter and i have to wait for an hour to give the card back, its waiting my time since i have other things to do. I hope you guys...

Service was so poor for this hotel. Not provided item: Towel Toothbrush, body and hair shampoo, Tv not working at all Door cannot access by provided card, need to call staff to open the door. The worst is, no water at all for the 2nd day. I cannot shower in this hotel. Cannot poop etc. Very bad...

Pertama sekali rasa tak selesa bila malam-malam staff hotel buat bising dekat koridor dan paling terkejut sekali mereka cuba untuk buka pintu bilik kami malam-malam. Not suitable for family yang bawa anak, sebab staff mereka merokok di koridor. Bilik penuh dengan habuk dan sarang labah-labah atas dinding. Bilik air berlumut dan berbau. Overall yang lain ok sahaja, bilik sesuai dengan harga murah yang mereka tawarkan, cuma tak puas hati dengan kelakuan staff di hotel ini. Sangat mengecewakan. Kalau boleh pihak hotel tolong beri peringatan kepada pekerja-pekerja di hotel ini! Hotel dah bagus, lokasi yang sangat baik sebab dekat dengan kedai makan...
