I am upset... this marks a second time i experience such blunder. The drink i ordered cafe latte ice somehow taste like FRUIT DRINK. This clearly bcs your staff didn't rinse off the washed glasses properly or when they make the drinks, the fruit drinks get into my drink. Do you think as a restaurant this is okay?? OBVIOUSLY NOT. I AM EXTREMELY UPSET.
The first time it happens, i kept quiet, i didn't say anything to the staff, cause i contribute it to "first time it happens, it just a mistake"
BUT since this happens a second time, CLEARLY IT ALREADY A PROBLEM
AND PROBABLY OTHER CUSTOMER ALSO EXPERIENCED IT BUT THEY KEPT QUIET ABOUT IT
So i take matter on my own hands to talk about it here. PLEASE FIX THIS.
BTW today i asked the staff to my drink, i said "my cafe latte drink taste weird, taste like fruit drink" and i asked for air suam,
BUT this is another thing which upset me, the staffs didn't even say "sorry", AND DIDN'T EVEN FIX MY DRINK, they just give me air suam i ordered. WHAT? Do you think i don't want the cafe latte anymore?? OF COS I WANT IT! I ORDERED IT! HAVE A DECENCY TO CHANGE IT, instead of brushed it off!
And since my dad paid and didn't asked for receipt, so i don't even know if the staff charged my drink cafe latte or not, considering they don't even give the drink back to me!
Not even an apology, and don't even changed my drink!! I am extremely extremely upset. Please fix this problem.
I came the restaurant 5 may, at 8.45pm. I think the first time this happen around 2 weeks ago.
If this happens a third time, i will confront it to the staff...
Read moreI've been a regular customer at The Grato Bandar Seri Putra for a few years now, and I've always been impressed with the food. My favorite dish is the signature pizza, which is made with a generous amount of ground beef and mozzarella cheese. The pizza is also topped with nachos and salad at the center of the pizza, which gives it a nice crunch and freshness. The pizza used to come with cili padi as a vegetable topping, but they've since switched to peppers, which is still delicious. The pizza costs around MYR22, which is a very reasonable price for the quality of the food.
I've also tried the lasagna at The Grato, and it's also very good. The homemade lasagna is made with layers of pasta, meat sauce, and cheese, and it's baked to perfection. The lasagna is also very affordable, costing only MYR16.90.
The service at The Grato is always friendly and attentive. The staff is always happy to help you choose the right dish, and they're always quick to bring your food to your table.
The atmosphere at The Grato is casual and relaxed. The restaurant is decorated in a warm and inviting style.
Overall, I highly recommend The Grato Bandar Seri Putra. It's a great place to go for delicious local pizza at a reasonable price.

Read moreThe Grato 2nd branch in Bandar Seri Putra. This branch has a proper setting up with chic modern decor (just need to take off like a school backdrop cut out lettering on the wall).
As usual, the menu served is on the affordable side considering the food is cook by a proper chef. They have quite a selections of western food which included fresh made pizza.
We had grill chicken black pepper sauce with pasta which is delicious and worth the price for the portion given. Highly recommended their Don Pizza, with plenty of cheese and thin crust dough. The size is suitable for two people but if you are really hungry, you might want to order one just for yourself.
The ambiance is pretty nice and laid back. Suitable for...
