Booked a slot for aircond service. When after an hour, told aircond was all fine and service completed and nothing is wrong but just a bit dirty. One of the guys said that the capacitor will be malfunction in 4 months. When asked why, he said that after aircond servicing the electricity flow is reduced and capacitor will usually be spoilt.

After servicing, aircond was not cold at all. They said they need to check whats wrong. Then I was told there was too much gas/oil in the aircond. But he told me earlier that they didnt refill any gas, very weird. After fixing for another 30min, they said aircond is fine. Suddenly asking me to pay for RM120!!!!! The capacitor that should last for 4 more months suddenly broke down after I complaint the aircond was not cold at all after servicing. Didnt bother to inform me before changing the capacitor.

After arguing for a while, he threaten to remove the new capacitor if I dont want to pay. Fearing they might sabotage the aircond other parts, I just paid. Very unprofesional, very rude. The only reason I booked with them is my regular company is fully booked until April.

A WORD OF ADVICE, DO NOT ENGAGE THEM FOR AIRCOND SERVICING. No wonder others warn of similar warning before. #conman...

Made appointment with Liyana (Sales Representative) for deep sanitisation work last week (25/3) (due to C19 +ve case) at home. Two staffs came over this morning (29/3) with their tools and equipment. Friendly staffs that greets you as well.

Staffs (fully suited with plastic protection) went on to explain the process of what they will be doing etc. (i.e first wipe the house common areas (door knobs, staircases etc) then will mopped the floor with their solutions. The misting process will take in the final end, where the doors and windows must be closed shut. Whoever is in the house must vacate outside (wait outside with mask on).

Overall sanitisation took around 1 hour plus and I am pleased with their service. Payment can be made over bank transfers (which I did).

Staffs came out soaking wet (as they are fully suited with plastics) and I gave them some 100Plus to drink.

If you have Covid19 +ve case at home, look no further, get them in to do the cleaning so you can have a peace of mind, knowing your loves one are protected (after someone recovered).

This is my 2nd time using their service.1st time to clean a very old car cushion and I was surprised they managed to make it look almost brand new!

This time I have asked to come and clean 2 sofas and 2 carpet. Took them 4 hours to complete. I was a bit sceptical about cleaning of my old, persian carpet at first since it has been with us for many, many years. But they convince me that the chemicals they used will not damage nor cause color runs or fading. Was happy with the outcome.

They managed to remove stains on the sofa which saves me for doing reupholstering works.

Was generally pleased with their services. They replied to my queries promptly. Arrived on time (earlier in fact which was good for me)....brought the right equipment and tools i.e vaccum accessories so they can suck out all that dirt at nooks and corners of the sofa and a load of chemicals. They even left us with appropriate instruction after they finished work.

Will definitely use their services for fabric cleaning and...
