Chagee presents itself as an artful drink outlet. The Chinese aesthetic in its design and decor is mesmerising. Unfortunately, when I sat in the cafe, my ears were hurt by the profanity used by Chagee's staff. Despite being in a closed area beside the serving bar, their loud voices smeared with curses were clearly audible.

Nevertheless, do not blame the staff. Chagee management should look into staff training. I believe the Chinese culture is not only about arts aesthetics and crafted drinks, it also covers...

I had a wonderful experience at Chagee! The Da Hong Pao milk tea is absolutely delicious, with a rich and smooth flavor that stands out from other milk teas I’ve tried. The staff, especially Ecah, were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the visit even more enjoyable. The overall atmosphere of the place is cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends. I also appreciated how clean the toilet was, and the service was impressively quick. Hye there ! I had just move in BSP and this was the nearest Chagee store. I had order my drinks thru the chagee app and accidentally ordered in some other place that is (Bandar puteri, Puchong).
