Everything is good except management and guard. Be prepared that you'll be assigned to 6th to 7th floor Carpark and can't even park at ground floor visitor for a 5 mins for any urgent issue. Same to move luggage or so, for any reason, they'll need you to park all the way back to your 6th or 7th floor. (And do expect that there will be no direct corridor to your block, you'll need to wait for lift or climb emergency exit stairs to reach your block)

For any car that parks at visitor parking (Even that's empty and you're the owner), the guard will clamp your tyre for illegal parking. When you call management, they will ask you to fill up the form, apply and wait for the application process, pay a RM300-RM500 deposit. For a 5-10 minutes parking at your own residence for moving stuff.

The premises and building itself is not so bad, but could hv either improve or carefully thought during design stage. Don't like the driveway, full of big manholes and uneven covers. The lift are quite efficient, lobby meeting place could have been better. The management here really sucks in terms of facilities, cleanliness, car allocation. They are only quick at clamping cars that park wrongly on any owners lot without informing bcoz they make rm100 for every clamped car. The security guards are top notch bcoz they are mostly Nepalese but can't say the same for local officer, coz they treat this residency as a money making opportunity.
